Cookie Jars Help Fund Programs for Goldens

Homeward Bound’s Save Our Seniors (SOS) – Homeward Bound has been assisting other rescues around the country by bringing selected senior Goldens to CA and finding new loving homes for them. We also provide sanctuary for senior Golden Retrievers (some in permanent foster homes) for as long as the Golden needs their loving environment…which can be for the balance of the Goldens’ life.

Delaware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue’s (DVGRR’s) Project Home Life has gained national recognition for bringing puppy mill survivors toward the goal of “being a dog.” The program costs several thousands of dollars per dog, but the results are no less than miraculous.

In order to help raise funds for these two programs, a one-of-a-kind treat jar was commissioned. Designed by artist Debby Carmen, these adorable hand drawn, hand painted and hand signed jars are sure to bring a smile every time you give your beloved Golden a treat. What a great gift for any Golden lover! The lounging Goldens (a symbol of the SOS Goldens who have their own comfy couches at Homeward Bound) and the ball carrying Goldens (often the first toy for the Project Home Life Goldens) are featured on the jar.

These adorable cookie jars come in two sizes… small for $75 and large for $125. They are entirely food safe, lead free, dishwasher safe, microwavable, and oven proof.
